The Mannargudi healthcare camp by Recnac Foundation and Karkinos Healthcare

In February 2023, Karkinos Healthcare and Recnac Foundation organized a big health camp in Mannargudi, Tamil Nadu. With Dr. Sivakumar Mahalingam leading the way, the event focused on teaching people how to prevent cancer and catch it early. Over 150 villagers took part, learning about cancer and getting check-ups. More than 120 folks got thorough screenings, including special tests for cervical cancer in women. The camp also offered one-on-one talks with doctors, giving personalized advice for everyone’s health. Together, we showed our commitment to making sure everyone gets the healthcare they need.

At the Mannargudi healthcare camp, Karkinos Healthcare and Recnac Foundation worked together to make a real difference in people’s lives. By providing education about cancer and offering screenings, we empowered the community to take charge of their health. With the support of Dr. Mahalingam and dedicated volunteers, we created a welcoming environment where everyone felt comfortable seeking help. Through this collaborative effort, we’re paving the way for a healthier future, one step at a time.
